Information seminar in cooperation with the United States agency for international development (USAID)

On January 24, 2025, an information-seminar was conducted at the Technological University of Tajikistan by the representatives of the USAID Project on Employment and Enterprise Development Activity in Tajikistan (EEDA) with teachers and university employees.
Representatives of the project Kamoliddinov Parviz and Rabejonova Muhiba took part in this seminar and presented the main goals and requirements, which related to the preparation and submission of project applications to receive a financial grant.
During the presentation the deputy head of the project Kamoliddinov Parviz informed that this project was developed in accordance with various state programs of the Republic of Tajikistan and aimed to the creation of jobs, the development of the business ecosystem, as well as adding value to products through the expansion of the production chain in textile industry, processing of agricultural products and information technologies( IT) in the Republic of Tajikistan and thus will contribute to the increase of productivity, improvement of work skills and expansion of business.
The representatives of the project expressed their opinions regarding to the cooperation of the university with the government and private enterprises in order to improve training programs for the preparation of high qualified specialists, who meet the requirements of the modern labor market within the existing opportunities of the EEDA Project.
At the end of the seminar, an interesting discussion (questions and answers), which regarding to the preparation and submission of projects and grant applications within the scope of funding requirements and opportunities, were held between the representatives of the EEDA Project and the teachers and staff of the university.
