Sector for Academic Mobility of Students and Staff

The main tasks of the academic mobility sector for students and staff are as follows:

– expanding the process of academic exchange of students, masters, scientific and pedagogical staff and other employees for continuing education, retraining and conducting scientific and research work;

– organizing meetings with employees and students returning from abroad after studying and retraining to discuss their achievements;

-obtaining international grants and scholarships for students, internships, and teaching and training;

– With cooperation in the Center for International Programs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, providing accurate information on international programs for study, internships, and scientific work abroad and making them available to students, teachers, and staff;

– regularly organization meetings and seminars in constant cooperation with educational, scientific and other structures (faculties, departments, centers) and public organizations of the University to increase the level of student awareness of funds, scholarships and academic exchange programs;

– cooperation with relevant structures of the University, selecting candidates for participation in international grants, scholarship programs of the University’s partners and other funds;

–  recording trips of students, teachers and staff of the University abroad in order to prepare statistical data and submit them to government agencies, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the international activities of the University and its structural units;

– preparing detailed information for each student studying at the University from abroad;

– receiving reports from students, staff, and professors of the University who have traveled to foreign countries for studies, business trips, internships, scientific training periods, and scientific conferences.
