Department of Grant Projects

The Department for Grant Projects and International Cooperation at Tajik Technological University is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting activities aimed at expanding international cooperation, attracting external grant resources, promoting academic mobility for students and faculty, enhancing research, educational, and cultural capacities, and strengthening the University’s international reputation.

  Key Areas of Activity:

• Initiating, developing, and maintaining partnerships with domestic and international higher education institutions, research organizations, and international foundations.
• Preparing drafts of memoranda of understanding, cooperation agreements, and contracts, and overseeing their conclusion and implementation.
• Identifying and supporting participation in international grant programs, and preparing competitive grant applications.
• Coordinating the University’s involvement in international projects and managing administrative and organizational processes related to their implementation.
• Facilitating the selection and nomination of students and staff for participation in international scholarship, research, and educational programs.
• Organizing foreign language courses, professional seminars, training sessions, and academic conferences with the involvement of international experts and specialists.
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of international programs, grants, and projects for internal use by University departments.
• Preparing analytical materials, reports, proposals, and recommendations for the University leadership concerning the development of international cooperation.
• Monitoring the implementation of decisions by the Academic Council and orders from the Rector and Vice-Rector for International Relations regarding international activities.
