1. Technological University of Tajikistan has received grant from Erasmus+ Program of the European Union for the implementation of the project “Open Food Innovation University” (OFINU). Part of the grant is allocated for the purchase of the equipment for the project partners.
2. Technological University of Tajikistan as a national coordinator of the project and an authorized partner for announcing and organization of the bids, and on the basis of the decision of the Project Steering Committee and signed Partnership Agreements between partners and coordinating institution from EU (LATVIJAS BIOZINATNU UN TEHNOLOGIJU UNIVERSITATE (LBTU)) announce bids and invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of equipment for the project partners. Delivery period is 30 days from the Contract Signing Date.
3. The national Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the “one-stage 3 lots” tender procedure and will be open to all eligible participants without nationality restrictions. The “one-stage 3 lots” format means that the procedure consists of one stage of submitting proposals, with three separate lots for selecting the winner. Participants can submit their proposals for each lot separately or submit a single proposal for all three lots. The procurement procedure will be divided into 3 lots, one for each project partner university.
4. The object of the tender procurement is scientific-laboratory analytical equipment for food product analysis for the project partner universities.
