Department of scientific and pedagogical training

The aim and challenges of the department of training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the Technological University of Tajikistan are to organisation, control and regulate the scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical activities of the relevant structures of the university, to organisation and control the implementation of current and long-term plans. The scientific activity of the faculty and departments of the university is based on the requirements and normative-legal documents of the field of education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The main areas of activity of the department is:

– organization and conducting of scientific events;

– ensuring the participation of scientists, teachers, doctoral students, degree seekers, graduate students, master’s students and students in conferences, scientific-practical conferences, scientific-theoretical workshops and discussions of scientific works, scientific events, competitions and Olympiads at the university, city, regional, national and international levels;

– organization of the process of scientific-research works and their implementation in production;

– continuous improvement and control of the scientific-research activity of structural units of the university, clubs and scientific seminars of students;

– improvement and control of activities related to editing and correction of scientific works;

– organizing and coordinating the implementation of scientific achievements of the university in production, etc.;

– training of high-level scientific and pedagogical staff.

The following departments operate under the department:

• doctorate in specialty (PhD);
• Master’s degree
• scientific-creative and educational clubs of students;
• scientific events;

  Currently, 208 teachers are engaged in scientific-pedagogical activities in 19 departments of the university, of which 8 people have scientific degrees and titles of doctor, professor, and 94 people have scientific degrees and titles of candidate of science, doctor by specialty (PhD), docent.

  Among the professors and teachers of the university, there are well-known specialists in various spheres of public life, holders of state awards and honorary titles in the field of science and education.
