Women in promoting basic family values and enhancing family culture have a sense of relevance embedded in this instrument of a mother’s body, they are the ones who lead a social life and those who are the foundation of happiness.

These people worked productively during the formation and establishment of the department. From 2015 to 2019, Associate Professor Huban Sorbon, PhD, worked as the head of the women’s sector. From 2019 to 2021, as head of the Department of Women and Girls at Radjabova University, she headed the Sanovbar. From 2021 to 2023 Kamilova Nilufar worked in this position. From 2023 to 2024, this responsible position was headed by Shahzoda Nazira. From April 2024 to October 2024, Aisha Kabirova worked in this position. From October to December 2024, Mukimzoda Nargiz, and from December 2024 to March 2025, Kurbonzoda Dilnoza held the position of Director of Work with Women and Girls at the university.

The Department of Work with Women and Girls of the Technological University of Tajikistan, headed by Hosnada Abdumuminovna Baranova, in accordance with the provisions in this area, the current regulations apply. The University’s Council of Women and Girls has been established under the department, whose tasks include familiarizing women and girls with the laws that are being amended and supplemented.  As well as increasing their rights and protection on the basis of gender equality and spreading information about the status of women, promoting a healthy lifestyle, spiritual maturity, and the high responsibility of youth when starting a family, the implementation of the Strategy for Women’s Activization in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2030 is to promote national culture.

The Department of Work with Women and Girls of the University, which functioned as the Department of work with women and girls of the University until August 2024, along with the changes in the structure of the university, the Department for work with Women and girls of the University, renamed the Department for Work with Women and Girls of the University, the herald carries out his activities. The Department for Work with Women and Girls of the University is considered one of the most responsible parts of the university’s activities, where active, knowledgeable, educated, professionally oriented women work and function.
