Section “Visa and registration”

The Head of the Visa and Registration Department, in cooperation with the relevant ministries of the republic, ensures the monitoring of compliance with the visa regime and residence rules for foreign students, master’s students, interns, and teachers at the University;

cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding obtaining study visas, registration of foreign students, and extension of visa periods;

in cooperation with the International Programs Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, obtaining accurate information about international programs for study, internships, and scientific activities abroad, and communicating this information to students, teachers, and staff;

regularly organizing meetings and seminars in continuous cooperation with educational, scientific departments and other structures (faculties, departments, centers), as well as public organizations of the University, to raise students’ awareness about foundations, scholarships, and academic exchange programs;

carrying out promotional and outreach activities aimed at attracting foreign citizens and stateless persons to study at the University.
