Since 24.08.2024, he has been working as the head of the Department of Strategy Implementation of the Technological University of Tajikistan, and also as a professor of the Department of Textile Technology.

He is the author of more than 300 scientific articles and theses, 2 textbooks, 10 teaching manuals, 12 methodological manuals, 4 monographs, 24 Patents and First Patents for Inventions of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1 Eurasian Patent, 16 implementation documents on the use of the results of scientific and research work in production. He was awarded the state award – the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Tajikistan, Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 23, 2021, No. 213.
