Strategy Implementation and Innovative Technologies Division

The activities of the Department, within the framework of its goals and objectives, are aimed at coordinating the activities of its subordinate structures in solving urgent issues of the educational process, scientific and innovative work and management of the University, such as:

  • development and implementation of the university development strategy, implementation of national development strategies and other sectoral strategies;
  • provision of technical services for information technology tools;
  • establishment and regulation of local computer networks and access to the Internet;
  • regulation of the activities of the CISCO network academy at the University;
  • introduction of modern innovative technologies in the educational process;
  • organization of professional retraining of employees and teachers;
  • continuous improvement of the university’s electronic management system;
  • implementation of university plans and programs to strengthen the material and technical base of the university and the establishment of specialized laboratories;
  • promotion and support for the development of professionalism and advanced training of students and graduates, mobilization to the workplace and regular monitoring of graduates;
  • The organization and conduct of short and long-term courses in various directions and trends (according to the license) for a wide range of listeners at different levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) in attendance (direct participation, offline) and online (distance, online) is taken care of.

The structure of the Department includes the following sub-structures:

  • Strategy Implementation Department;
  • Information Technology and Digitalization Center;
  • Training, Certification and Innovation Development Center;
  • Department of Professional Development and Graduate Monitoring.

In turn, the aforementioned departments and centers have their own sub-structures – departments, which in general all belong to the administrative structure of the Department.

The purpose of the Department’s activities within the framework of the University’s statutory tasks is to follow the current trends in the development of global innovative technologies, state programs and strategies, and on this basis, to create an innovative environment for the continuous development of modern information technologies, educational technologies, the level of professionalism of the teaching staff and professors, the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market and the competitiveness of the University in the rating systems of world higher education institutions.

The main tasks of the Department are:

to establish cooperation with state organizations and institutions, educational and scientific institutions, and international organizations and organizations in order to study their experience in the implementation of innovative technologies in the field of higher education;

to search for alternative sources of funding for the development and development of personnel and teaching potential in accordance with the requirements of global educational standards and material and technical bases for the acquisition and implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process and management of the University;
regulate and coordinate the activities of the Strategy Implementation Department in accordance with the goals and objectives set out in the regulations of this department in order to ensure efficiency and expected results;
regulate and coordinate the activities of the Information Technology and Digitalization Center in accordance with the goals and objectives set out in the regulations of the said center in order to ensure efficiency and expected results;
regulate and coordinate the activities of the Training, Certification and Innovation Development Center in accordance with the goals and objectives set out in the regulations of this center in order to ensure efficiency and expected results;
prepare data, reports and other documents on the indicators of the Department’s activities for submission to relevant structures;
develop regulatory and internal documents related to the activities of the Department (procedures, instructions, methodological guidelines, indicators, etc.);
timely execution of orders of the Rector of the University and instructions and instructions of the Vice-Rector, as well as other activities that contribute to the progress of the work of the Department.
