Sharifzoda Isomuddin Umar was born on November 11, 1975, in the village of Darg, Ayni District, into the family of a teacher. In 1981, he entered the first grade of Secondary School No. 5 named after M.A. Bedil in Ayni District, graduating in 1992.
After finishing school, he enrolled in the full-time Faculty of Philology at the State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan. He studied there until his third year, after which, in 1994, he transferred to the full-time Faculty of Oriental Studies, Arabic section, at the Tajik National University, graduating in 1999 as a philologist and teacher of Arabic language and literature.
From 1999 to 2002, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Persian Calligraphy and Text at TGNU. In 2000, he entered the postgraduate program at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of ANRT, completing it in 2004. In 2011, he defended his PhD thesis on “Anthropological Philosophy of Aziziddin Nasafi” in the specialty 09.00.13 – Anthropological Philosophy and Philosophy of Culture.
From 2002 to 2012, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of State Language and Humanitarian Disciplines. Since 2024, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines at the Technological University of Tajikistan.
Between 2007 and 2009, he served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University and Distance Learning at TUT, and from 2009 to 2013, as Dean of this faculty. From 2011 to 2017, he was Head of the Department of Humanities and Personal Development at TUT, and since 2017, he has been leading the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines at the same university.
Since 2024, he has been serving as Deputy Rector for Educational and Ideological Work at the Technological University of Tajikistan.
