Department of International economics

Since the establishment of the Tajik Technological University until 2009, the department was headed by Candidate of Philological Sciences (PhD in Philological Sciences), docent N. Khojairov. It has been active since those times. On March 31, 2009 the department was renamed into the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and Administrative Management.

 By the order of rector of the TTU, from February 1, 2019, while Candidate of Technological Sciences (PhD in Technological Sciences) Akiljanov F. Sh. having had the responsibility of the head of department, it has been renamed into the Department of International Economics. Currently, the department operates under the name of International Economics.

From May 27, 2019, Azimova Madina Turdievna has been appointed the head of the department. The department trains specialists in the specialty of 1-25010301 – management of foreign economic activity and 1-25010304 specialty in foreign investments.
