Department of energy and telecommunication

The Department of “Energy and Telecommunication Networks” is an integral part of the Faculty of Telecommunications and Professional Education of the Technological University of Tajikistan, based on the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”, “On Higher Professional Education and Postgraduate Education”. -Vocational education”, “Model of the Regulations on the educational institution of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan” and “Regulations on the department of the institution of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan”, approved by decision of the Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 8/4 dated April 13, 2006.

Based on the decision of the Academic Council of the University dated April 25, 2022, protocol No. 9, the department was created as an independent department of “Energy and telecommunication networks.” The head of the department was appointed candidate of technical sciences, Khasanov Jasur Rustamdzhonivich.

Strategic mission of the department

– ensure compliance with the requirements of state educational standards, prepare specialists at the bachelor’s level in specialties to work in various structures of ministries, enterprises and state and non-state institutions, primarily in the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the republic. Tajikistan, as well as in law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, banks, private companies, mobile companies, educational institutions, government agencies and local governments, research organizations that plan to use information and communication technologies, depending on the trend and specialties:

1-43.01.06.01 – “Energy-saving technologies in the energy sector”.
