The main goal of the department
The main goal of the department is to participate in the development and implementation of the University development strategy, coordinate work on the development and implementation of the University development strategy, implement the national development strategy and other national industry strategies at the University, at the faculties, departments and other divisions and structures.
Functions of the department
– supervision and control over the implementation of the University development strategy at the faculties, departments and other divisions and structures of the University;
– preparation of materials for the University’s participation in national and international rankings;
– management, methodological support, consultations and coordination of work with other divisions and management centers for the implementation of strategies and innovative technologies, faculties, departments, other divisions and structures and employees of the University on the preparation, verification, approval and adoption of effective contracts;
– development, monitoring and improvement of the main performance indicators for the implementation of the University development strategy, the national development strategy and other national industry strategies;
– organization and promotion of management accounting and internal audit, regulation and standardization of processes aimed at implementing the University development strategy, the national development strategy and other national industry strategies at the University;
– consulting and providing methodological assistance to structural divisions and students in the implementation of student initiatives within the framework of the University development strategy;
– verification of the execution of orders, instructions and instructions of the University’s management on the implementation of strategies;
– regulation of documentation, comprehensive optimization of the use of internal and external resources of the University, as well as organization of work, accounting and reporting (preparation of semi-annual and annual reports on the activities of the department).

– studying strategies and state programs and monitoring their implementation in all divisions and structures of the University;
– participation in the development of the University development strategy;
– participation in the coordination of work on the development and implementation of the University development strategy, the implementation of the national development strategy and other national industry strategies at the University, at the faculties, departments and other divisions and structures;
– monitoring the implementation of the University development strategy, the national development strategy and other national industry strategies at the faculties, departments and other divisions and structures of the University;
– participation in the process of preparing materials for the University’s participation in national and international rankings;
– coordination of work on the implementation of effective agreements with other divisions and management centers for the implementation of strategy and innovative technologies, faculties, departments, other divisions and structures and employees of the University;
– providing methodological assistance and consulting to structural divisions and students in the implementation of student initiatives within the framework of the University development strategy;
– conducting audits of the execution of orders, instructions and instructions of the University’s management on the implementation of strategies;
– participation in the comprehensive optimization of the use of internal and external resources of the University;
– at the request of the management, timely preparation of necessary information on issues of the university development strategy, national development strategy and other national sectoral strategies;
– timely and regular provision of information for the University website;
– preparation of documents within the competence of the department;
– compliance with labor protection, safety precautions and fire safety regulations.
