TECHNOLOGICAL AND INNOVATIVE PARK “FANOVAR”

Technological and Innovative Park “Fanovar” of the Technological University of Tajikistan created on September 1, 2011 on the basis of the Regulation approved by the University Rector, at the opening of which was attended by the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. Technological and innovative park “Fanovar” from the moment of its creation to the present does not have independent financial activities. In 2018 the documentation of the technology-innovative park “Fanovar” was drawn up by the Tax Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan and a special account was opened for the park.

Since 2018, it was begun to product soft drinks, dried foods, pasta and various canned products from medicinal plants of the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan as well as sausages.

The purpose and objectives of the technology and innovative park “Fanovar”:
Purpose: it is planned to introduce the results of scientific research achievements and innovative ideas of talented students, graduate students, suckers, doctoral students and teachers through the technology and innovative park “Fanovar”.

Tasks of the technology and innovative park “Fanovar”:

• monitoring the supply of the industrial park with raw materials depending on the characteristics of the country’s regions;
• application of the minimum requirements of a student’s professional knowledge in accordance with the chosen profession;
• attracting gifted students to research and creative work, introducing the results of scientific research achievements and innovative ideas of teachers, graduate students and applicants into production;
• attracting students to professional activities in the workshops of the technopark in order to increase the level of their professional knowledge;
• conducting practices and research in the laboratory of the technopark;
• experimental production of products (soft drinks and new types of pasta) using raw materials from the regions of the country;
• fruitful cooperation with industrial enterprises on the implementation of scientific and innovative achievements in production.

Achievements

Technological and Innovative Park “Fanovar” operates as a pilot, practical, scientific and innovation center. From the moment of its creation to the present, the technopark has achieved certain successes. Namely, the experimental production of mineral water and drinks, new types of pasta with the addition of medicinal plants of various regions of the Republic of Tajikistan was launched, new recommendations for the production of mineral water and soft drinks, pasta, fruit kefir and yoghurts, a wide range of confectionery products, and fruit drying were developed. and vegetables, experimental production was organized and on this basis favorable conditions were created for the training of students.

Activities of the technological and innovative park “Fanovar” involving pupils and students
Short-term courses from 10 days to 1 month are held on an ongoing basis for interested university students and students of the Dushanbe Innovation Lyceum in the form of theoretical and practical classes on training in industrial devices and technologies for the production of food concentrates, pasta, soft drinks and mineral water. During this period, students of the innovative lyceum, actively participating, get acquainted with the process of making production recommendations for food production, their production at the enterprise, the method of calculating the cost of production, as well as the process of working devices and production lines.

Pupils and students are also trained in the preparation of desserts, which are used for the production of drinks and confectionery. Through acquaintance with the production of pasta, nutritious pasta is made using natural herbs, their nutritional value and energy value are determined.
Students who entered the university under the quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan are registered in the technological park and take free training courses in food and cooking.

To assist the educational and training sector of experimental dishes for schoolchildren “Mini-Max at ridiculous prices”, Technopark employees produce pasta and develop new recipes for the development of this sector at a price of no more than two somoni. At the moment, the recipe for a dish called “Cheese Soup from Natalie” for two somoni was developed by N.N. Kurbonov, the cooked dish was submitted to the university administration for examination and permission was granted to prepare this dish in the dormitory sector.

Partnership

Technopark “Fanovar” fruitfully cooperates with foreign and domestic enterprises and organizations in order to develop and promote scientific and innovative work. One such collaboration is the German Cooperation Organization (GIZ), which in recent years has acquired a number of testing equipment from abroad and donated it to Technopark and other existing university laboratories to develop scientific-production and experimental-innovative work. Currently, students and teachers are engaged in research and innovation on equipment provided by the Organization for Cooperation between Germany and Tajikistan (GIZ).

Another organization that cooperates with the technological and innovative park “Fanovar” is the USAID Agriculture Development Program, which organizes seminars and exhibitions, invites technopark workers to their achievements, introduces other enterprises and organizations, which contributes to the development and promotion of the technopark.

Cooperation was established also with domestic enterprises and organizations in order to add concentrates and powders from medicinal herbs, fruits and vegetables produced in the technology park to the composition of food products produced by these enterprises. Currently, cooperation has been established with the Amiri confectionery company and the Dairy Plant of the city of Dushanbe.

Due to the project of the Organization for International Cooperation of Germany (GIZ), a technological line for the processing of meat products, the production of sausages and sausages was established on October 22, 2018 in the Technological Park “Fanovar” under the project of the Organization for International Cooperation of Germany (GIZ). The processing line for the processing of meat products consists of 16 items of devices and apparatuses.
