Rahmonzoda Zoir Faizali was born on January 8, 1981 in the Republic of Tajikistan. He is a Tajik by nationality. In 1998, he entered the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Management of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service (IES), and in 2003 he graduated from the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service with a degree in Economics and Informatics. Scientific achievements

He defended his thesis in October 2011 on the topic “Socio-economic aspects of the application of information technologies in higher professional education in the Republic of Tajikistan” and received the diploma of Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor for his fruitful work in the field of science and the authorship and publication of scientific-methodical and scientific-research works. Currently, he is a final-year doctoral student at the Tajik State University of Finance and Economics, preparing his doctoral thesis on the topic “Establishment and development of a quality management system for educational services based on the application of information technologies and modeling methods”.

He is the author of a scientific monograph, 10 textbooks and more than 120 scientific and research articles, and has published educational and methodological manuals on the application of information technologies in the education and science sectors of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In 2005, he completed a professional development course in English in the Republic of India (45 days), based on the agreement between the two countries on cooperation in the field of education.

In 2009, he participated in a scientific and practical conference on “Intellectual Property” in Zanjan, Islamic Republic of Iran, with the working group of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service, and was awarded a 1st degree diploma.

Since 2012, he has participated as a member in the Tempus-Haika Project, which was a professional development course in English in the Republic of Uzbekistan (18 days). He also participated in international symposia and conferences in the Russian Federation, the Republics of Turkey, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, and the People’s Republic of China on official trips.
