The organizational and educational department is the main unit of the educational work structure and is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the “National Concept of Education”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”, and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan. Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, holidays and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan”, “Model regulations on higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “Charter of the Technological University of Tajikistan” and decisions of the Academic Council, orders of the university rector and orders of the vice-rector for education. Currently, the department is headed by an experienced specialist Khusenov Nadzhmiddin Boboevich.
