Today, April 24, 2024, in accordance with the instruction and commission of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad, Chairman of the International Educational Service of Malaysia, and two staff members from his center, along with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, paid a visit to the Technological University of Tajikistan with the intention of exploring potential avenues for mutually beneficial international cooperation.
The Rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan, the honorable Rahmonzoda Zoir Faizali, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests in accordance with the established protocol.
The rector’s greeting was an excellent way to create an atmosphere of warmth and mutual understanding at the meeting. The rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan, Rahmonzoda Zoir Faizali, respectfully introduced himself and briefly acquainted the guests with the university’s structure, achievements in the field of science and education, as well as international cooperation in the framework of innovative programs and projects. The discussion was conducted at the highest level with mutual respect and a desire to cooperate for the benefit of both countries.
During the dialogue, Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad proposed the idea of establishing a joint center at our university that could potentially attract 20 to 30 students and teachers from Malaysia. This center would serve as a platform for exchange from prestigious universities in Malaysia to share their expertise with students and staff from our university in key areas such as information and communication technology, robotics, and artificial intelligence.
It was also suggested that our institutions consider conducting joint projects with a focus on the development of the field of artificial intelligence. Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad observed that Tajik students and schoolchildren have demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for mathematics, which could potentially serve as a foundation for fruitful collaboration.
Dr. Abdul Razak Ahmad, invited our rector to visit higher education institutions in Malaysia for futher cooperation with several universities in Malaysia. The purpose of the visit will be to discuss the prospects of cooperation in more detail.
At the end of the meeting, the rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan, Rahmonzoda Zoir Faizali, observed that our partnership with the International Education Service Center and universities in Malaysia has the potential to benefit both institutions and our students and staff. Through our joint efforts, we will be able to make a valuable contribution to the development of education and science in our countries.
